Cool shopping trolleys!

On the way back to Kanazawa [金沢] from the Noto Peninsular [能登半島] we stopped by at a bug out-of-town shopping mall, which had these lovely shopping trolleys (unfortunately unavailable in adult sizes)

There was quite a range of character-endorsed shopping trollies to choose from; presumably to encourage poor kiddies that spending 5 hours trying on different types of the same jumper is 'fun'. Apart from Anpanman and Doraemon there was also; Thomas the Tank Engine, Pikachoo, Mikey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh and Ultraman. oh joy! (found the company which seems to supply them, Oakwood, who also have this brochure)

a mikan [蜜柑, みかん] is apparently a satsuma, a sweet and seedless mandarin. I guess they were called satsumas because they were introduced to the West from Satsuma [薩摩], Kagoshima [鹿児島], Japan.
